3. Targets improved reliability of data
•Probe evaluation function
Equipped with a function that evaluates the condition of a probe before and after a measurement. Able to check for worn or broken probes and aids in improving reliability of data in the SPM. (Above: new probe) (Below: worn out probe)
•Surface roughness JIS standard
Supports the world's first surface roughness JIS standard (JIS R 1683:2007). Data dispersion is reduced and objective roughness measurements can be expected at a high precision.
•Closed loop control *optional function
Eliminates effects from non-linearity, such as hysteresis or creep, on piezoelectric elements, eabling high linearity and straightness. Accuracy rapidly improved in the measurement and process of micro sized areas.
