L-trace2 is general purpose unit for samples of various sizes. 6 inches (150mm) sample stage is equipped as standard. (8 inches (200mm) stage as optional) With its latge stage size and automatic continuous measurement mode, this system is suitable for quality management.
2. X.Y direction crosstalk is imiproved
L-traceⅡ is suitable to measure sample topography with man advanced technologies such as closed loop scanner, which is powerful for deleting the affects of piezo scanner's creep and hysteresis. Newly designed accuracy scanner improves the sample measurement with more accurate results.
3.Interference line noise management by low coherence optic system By employing an optic head [low coherent (low light interfere) light source], improves S/N ratio 1.5 times without generating mode hop noise or return light noise at the time of high output. Enables even higher resolution observations at nano-order.
4. Easy operation with dialogue type touch panel Dialogue type touch panel is equipped at the front of instrument. It is easy to operate sample stage and oprical microscope. Furthermore, operation affective is highly improved by displaying operation and maintenance information.
5. Automatic cantilever exchange by measurement navigation system It is nonecessary to read operation manual even for beginners. SIINT designed navigation system can guide operation from cantilever assembly, oprical system adjustment, measurement parameter setting and adjustmen, image processing, analysis and output the measurement result.
