Features • High-sensitivity analysis: Upgraded the optical system, improving the f-value of the optical system and the reflectivity of the incident mirror, dramatically increases sensitivity.
• High resolution: Achieved 0.0045 nm resolution, among the best in the world, on models with 4320 gratings/mm diffraction grating (Type H).
• Robustness and reliability against Matrix: Performs highly sensitive analysis by introducing various samples through lateral view observation that is robust against the effect of matrix.
• Various spectrometer systems and twin sequential: Able to select from variety of spectrometers depending on analysis objective. The two independent direct photometric spectrometers enable simultaneous driving/simultaneous measurements over a wide wavelength range, with high speed at 20elements per minute.
