Through adoption of MS-Windows, user can now operate in Japanese
environment, in addition to transfer, edit and printout data
with ease.
2. The XY axis on the measurement screen has 18bit control
and the Z axis has 21bit control providing extremely high
resolution. Moreover, data is displayed in a high resolution
mode of 1024 x 1024 data points.
3. Equipped with multitask function, previous data can be
adjusted and analyzed on the screen while performing other
measurements, resulting in improvement of efficiency in measurement.
4. Auto-tuning and full auto-approaching functions are equipped
as standard. Soft landing function is also added and throughput
it drastically improved.
